Casa Bucare (casabucare.com) is run by Karina Brooks, who offers private Mahjong classes. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what choices you have. Questions? Email mahjong@casabucare.com.
What we collect
The site only collects what you choose to send through its forms:
- Request a Class form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the class you are interested in, number of players, preferred language and times, who referred you, and any message you add.
- Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
There are no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no payment details collected on this site. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your information is used only to reply to you, to arrange classes, and to keep a simple record of class requests. We never sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the website’s database at our web host (Bluehost) and emailed to the Casa Bucare inbox (Microsoft 365). Both providers have their own security and privacy terms. We keep submissions only as long as needed to answer you and organise classes, and delete them on request.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The website itself may use a small number of technical cookies needed for it to work (for example, if you leave a comment or when an administrator is logged in). Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
Amazon Associates and other links
Casa Bucare is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
When you click a link to Amazon or another website, that site may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive any personal information about you from Amazon, only anonymous totals of qualifying purchases.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete any information you have sent us at any time by emailing mahjong@casabucare.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
